ATL FREEZER DIAMONDS & WATCHES REFUND & RETURN POLICY
UPDATED AS OF MARCH 2ND, 2026
1. All Sales Final on Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom pieces, personalized items, engraved products, and made-to-order jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:
Custom pendants
Custom nameplates
Modified watches
Sizing or altered items
Special order diamonds
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
2. Ready-To-Ship Items (7-Day Return Window)
For non-custom, ready-to-ship items:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Must include original packaging & certification (if applicable)
Customer is responsible for return shipping
10% restocking fee appliesRefunds are issued after inspection.
3. Anti-Fraud & Inspection Policy
To protect both parties:
All orders are photographed and video recorded before shipment
Serial numbers and identifying marks are documented
Diamond certificates are verified
Packages are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation
Returns that show:
Signs of wear
Stone swapping
Damage
Missing items
Will be denied and returned to sender.
4. Chargeback & Fraud Protection Notice
We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
By completing your purchase, you agree to:
Signature confirmation delivery
ID verification if requested for high-value orders
Communication prior to any bank dispute
Filing a false chargeback after receiving merchandise may constitute mail fraud.
5. Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges within 7 days for ready-to-ship items only.
Customer pays return shipping and any price difference.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide photos & video of packaging and item
Do not discard packaging
We will resolve promptly.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
