Shipping policy
ATL Freezer Diamonds & Watches
At ATL Freezer Diamonds & Watches, we take security, discretion, and protection seriously. Due to the high value of our jewelry and timepieces, all shipments follow strict security protocols to protect both our clients and our company.
1. Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days
Custom pieces require 2–6 weeks depending on complexity
GIA-graded diamonds may require verification processing before shipment
Clients will receive tracking information once the order is approved and prepared for dispatch.
2. Shipping Method & Carriers
All orders are shipped via insured, secure carriers such as:
FedEx Priority Overnight
UPS Next Day Air
USPS Registered Mail (when applicable)
Private armored courier for high-value orders (if required)
We reserve the right to choose the safest carrier based on order value and destination.
3. Signature Required – No Exceptions
For security purposes:
Adult signature (18+) is required on ALL deliveries
No packages will be left at doorsteps
No signature waivers allowed
No rerouting after shipment without written approval
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will hold the package at a secure facility.
4. Insurance Coverage
All packages are:
Fully insured for their declared value
Insured until signed for by the recipient
Once signed and delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video documentation.
5. Address Verification & Fraud Protection
To prevent fraud:
Billing and shipping addresses must match
Orders may require ID verification
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious transaction
Orders over $2,500 may require phone verification
ATL Freezer Diamonds & Watches is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally under the following conditions:
Customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes
We are not responsible for customs delays
International orders may require wire transfer payment
Some countries may require armored courier service
Shipping insurance may be limited based on destination country regulations.
7. High-Value Order Protocol (Over $10,000)
Orders exceeding $10,000 may require:
Bank wire payment
Additional identity verification
Direct signature confirmation
Restricted delivery
Video packaging documentation for fraud protection
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered and signed for:
ATL Freezer Diamonds & Watches is not responsible for theft after delivery
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier
We will assist with documentation when applicable
If a package is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim and investigate before issuing replacement or refund.
9. Discreet Packaging
For security purposes:
Packages do not display company name or jewelry markings
Shipments are plain boxed and tamper-sealed
No indication of contents appears on exterior
10. Right to Refuse Shipment
We reserve the right to:
Refuse shipment to high-risk addresses
Cancel orders flagged by fraud detection
Delay shipment for additional verification
